What we collect, why and for how long
Contact form. Your name, e-mail address and message, so that we can reply. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Retention: for the duration of our exchange, then for no more than three years [to be confirmed].
Project enquiry. First name, last name, company, position, e-mail address, telephone number and information about the event you have in mind (type, date, place, format, number of guests, indicative budget, description), so that we can prepare a proposal. Newsletter. First name, last name, e-mail address and preferred language, so that we can send you our programme and invitations. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you subscribe and confirmed by e-mail (double opt-in). Retention: until you unsubscribe; proof of your consent is then kept for the period required by law [to be confirmed].
Ticketing. Tickets are bought on the platform of our ticketing provider, which processes your details and your payment. Who receives this data
