1. Scope
These terms apply to the purchase of tickets for the events we organise and to our bespoke services (lectures, exhibition openings, exhibitions, private and corporate events, private visits).
2. Tickets
Booking. Tickets are booked online on the platform of our ticketing provider, whose terms of use and payment supplement these terms. Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Confirmation. A booking is binding once payment has been confirmed. Your ticket, which carries a control code, is sent to you by e-mail.
Online events. The joining link is sent by e-mail to registered participants only; it is personal and must not be shared. Any recordings are made available on the terms stated for each event.
Exchanges and refunds. Unless an event is cancelled or postponed by us, tickets can be neither exchanged nor refunded. [TO COMPLETE: any conditions for transferring a ticket to another person or moving it to another date.]
3. Right of withdrawal
Under Article L. 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period, as is the case with event tickets. [TO BE CHECKED: the rules that apply to courses and series, which may not count as leisure activities.]
4. Cancellation or postponement by the organiser
If an event is cancelled, tickets are refunded. If it is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, you will be offered a refund. Incidental costs incurred by participants (travel, accommodation) are not reimbursed.
5. Bespoke services
Each service is the subject of a written quotation setting out its scope, timetable, price and terms of payment. [TO COMPLETE: deposit, payment schedule, late-payment penalties and the fixed compensation for recovery costs.]
Cancellation by the client. [TO COMPLETE: scale of charges according to the notice given before the event.]
6. Recordings and intellectual property
Recording, filming or broadcasting all or part of a lecture without written permission is prohibited. Recordings that we make remain subject to the speakers’ rights and are governed by the terms specific to each event. [TO COMPLETE: how participants are informed when an event is filmed (image rights).]
7. Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct loss, to the extent permitted by law. We cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure.
